God Is Faithful: God calls us to be Reconciled

today in R.E we are learning how to reconcile with God and others if relationships are broken. Reconcile means apologizing to someone or forgive them for something they did to make you mad/angry, but mostly to have a better connection to family and friends

This story was about two kids  different who are friends but they had to be moved to different schools, they were sad because they couldn't see each other anymore, one time when they were older they bumped into each other at a supermarket. at first they said sorry but then they somehow remembered each other. Later on that day they caught up with each other. They even went to the schools that they had to move to.

Rippa Rugby Tournament 2020

On monday 7:45 we had to get ready to go to rippa rugby. We started with a prayer after that, Mrs Nees-Kairua said I'll pick the people who will go with Mr Coakley and the rest will go with me. Taniela, Peter, Lurance, will fo with Mr Coakley. The others went with Mrs Nees Kirua and John while they left and we were still at school waiting for Mrs Coakley to come back and take us. It was a while until he came back; it was 25 minute past 8. We got there and they were already exercising.

We got straight into a game, the first person we verse  Panmure and won, our score was 11 to 2. We had our next game in 20 minutes against St Thomas. We versus St Thomas and won, the score was 8 to 6. They were a hard team. Then we went to whoever will go to the quarter finals. This was our second to last game we versed Pt England they were hard, they were scoring over and over because they were there when we took their rips off then we finished the score 1 to 8 they won they thrashed us hard. 

Then we had another game against Pt england again after that game, the points were 8 to 2 we thrashed them after all the games the team Pt england and silvia will challenge who will go to wellington to verse the best. The winner was Sylvia park 4 to 1 then we went home.

Kiribati

Today we had to create document or slide, I  thought we were writing about a small island called Kiribati, At first I was confused and I  thought that i would stay in side class. I then went to Taniela for some help, he agreed to help me. We then were finished.

Our Trip with Frazer to our Local Stream

On Tuesday the 10th of March Frazer came to St Pius X so we could go see if our local
stream in Glen Innes is clean, clear, and to see if there is excellent, good, fair, or bad life at our stream.
When we got there we saw a statue, I think it was an entrance that they used to use a long time ago.
Anyway, he showed us a magnifying glass that detectives use when they are solving a mystery or a
murder. Then he showed us this tube with a magnet inside it, and there's another magnet, so you can
move the magnet in the tube and look through a hole at the bottom of the tube and water from the stream
there's water from the stream so when you move, the magnate you have to try to not lose sight of it.
Then we lastly did an experiment on our water to see how much life/oxygen in our stream. There are
about seven small tubes that start from light blue and go to dark blue. Our water stopped at I think
number there, so it was a fair I wish it could be a lot better. What I would do to make our local stream
clean, bright and not polluted.

Lent Human Dignity

In class for the past few days we have been talking about lent. I gave up junk food for rent because I think it’s a waste of our energy and it’s bad for our health insurance.

  

 This is what i am giving up for lent- 

What I am giving up for lent- For lent I am giving up fast food

 and why- I am giving up fast food because I think it’s just a waste of our animals, also a it’s poor for our health insurance.

Prayer for the people in need- 

Dear Heavenly father. Please bless all the poor and the people who don't have the things they need. People who don't have any homes or people who died from terrible disasters  that have caused destruction. Please bless all the kids who don't have any caregivers to support them and love them. Bless all those people don't live the life that they want, or that they hate. Please bless all the parents that are homeless and need food for their kids. I ask this through Christ our lord Amen.

Giving forgiveness to my enemies-

 I had got mad at this boy who is one year younger than for calling me chicken just because sometimes I bring chicken to school for lunch and morning tea sometimes. The first time he called me a chicken I fought it was a funny joke but then he started to say it to me every day which made me thrillingly angry. But  in class I have learned that if you get mad at someone and if it's past 5 minutes it doesn't matter, even in five weeks or five years or five centuries. I have also learned that being mad at someone isn't the way. For an example me and my brother got into a fight last night because we were playing a silly game, then it went too far that’s when we had face consequences. But I have slowly gone over it.

Argument free zone/ negative thought free zone- 

I have had many arguments with my siblings and my friends. That is why now I am going to start an argument free zone, also a negative free zone. If you dont know what it means it means no arguments negative free zone means no stupid thinking or no thinking about starting a fight or  an fight.

Do-

One time my friend thought that he was not good enough to be in my rugby team just because he has some weight on him. So I had to encourage him to think that just because he’s well i'm not trying to be mean but fat he is still a mighty person.
